Job Description: Building an Efficient Product Solutioning Function

Looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead the establishment of a comprehensive product solutioning function for BCB within the country. This role involves tapping into product solutions from various business units or areas while carefully balancing customer satisfaction with risk management and financial growth. You will be tasked with delivering cutting-edge, cost-effective solutions via the SBG platform and collaborating with industry stakeholders in line with our strategic values and propositions. Your responsibility will encompass delivering on the financial targets for the product line.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Commerce or related field

Experience Required:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Business Solutions and handling Business & Commercial Clients
  • Proficiency in interpreting and implementing integrated product, financial, and risk management principles
  • Exposure to process re-engineering and change management
  • Proven track record in managing financial objectives, including value creation and cost reduction
  • Experience in managing Return on Equity (ROE) targets, considering profitability measures and capital management
  • 8-10 years of experience in designing, developing, scaling, embedding, and commercializing banking products and services (including digital offerings) within the country
  • Solid understanding of clients, partners, and market dynamics gained through industry experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in organizations of comparable size and complexity
  • Strong grasp of digital trends, open banking, and platform integrations
