The NBC Premier League, known as Ligi Kuu Tanzania Bara, is the premier men's professional football league in Tanzania. The league runs annually from August to June, featuring 18 teams competing for the championship. Young Africans, the team with the most championships, currently holds the title.

The top team advances to the main competition or preliminary qualifying for the Champions League, with an additional team qualifying for the CAF Confederation Cup competition or preliminary qualifiers.
