Position: Managing Director (Re-advertised) – 1 Post
Employer: Chinese-Tanzanian Joint Shipping Company (SINOTASHIP)
Application Timeline: January 31, 2024, to February 20, 2024
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implementing the Company's policies as formulated by the Board of Directors.
2. Executing approved suggestions from the Board of Directors.
3. Submitting plans, summary reports, and the balance sheet to the Board at least one month before the annual meeting.
4. Presenting proposals and suggestions for the improvement of the Company's business.
5. Jointly conducting the Company's business and serving as the representative for all transactions.
6. Signing normal business documents on behalf of the Company.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Transport, Economics, Management, Commerce, or Shipping.
- Seven (7) years of work experience in the Transportation Sector or Maritime-related Institutions.
OR
- Master Mariner/Holder of Master Certificate Shore Based with over 5 years of work experience.
Remuneration:
As per SINOTASHIP Salary Scale.
