Job Description
Rotana Hotels is seeking dynamic, self-motivated Food and Beverage professionals eager to propel their careers forward. As a Bartender, your responsibility is to deliver the highest level of hospitality while preparing and serving beverages. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Executing beverage service tasks as per the Hotel's performance manual standards
- Ensuring total guest satisfaction and maximizing organizational profitability through efficient resource utilization
- Enhancing guest experience with innovative products and services, actively contributing to sales activities and revenue maximization
- Setting up the bar and arranging all necessary elements for service
- Maintaining the bar and equipment cleanliness throughout the service period
- Providing prompt, courteous service to all guests and treating both guests and colleagues respectfully
- Operating in a safe and eco-friendly manner to safeguard the well-being of guests, employees, and the environment
- Adhering to the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
Skills
The ideal candidate should ideally possess a hospitality degree with prior experience in the Food and Beverage Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in an additional language, along with strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Computer literacy is also a must.
